Hello Helen,
What a moving poem/prayer for Portia's son. I did not know that her son is suffering from the virus; I will immediately read her offering. Your poetic prayer is heartfelt and moving. Thank you for sharing!

Hoping you are safe and well,
diane

This should encourage all sorts out of the woodwork in these troubled times. I liked the proximity of the approximate rhymes here in the first stanza.

A very well-written heartfelt poem/prayer to a fellow Fanstorians who become prey to the invisible enemy that do not differentiate between anyone, we are all vulnerable in one or other way.

Nicely written poem that is good advice for everyone straight from the scripture and bearing each others burdens. It think lifting them up in prayer is important. I'm so sorry about Portia's son.

A sweet prayer about sharing someone else's burden and just showing sympathy can ease another person's pain. I read your notes and so many will be infected by this terrible virus. It is all so worrying. My son-in-law has almost fully recovered now by the way, love Dolly x

This is beautiful Helen, absolutely beautiful. The Bible declares that you that are strong are to bare the infirmities of the week and not to please ourselves. This is really good work and I love the message conveyed in this well written work. Well done!

These are terrible times. I am sorry you're family has to deal with this Covid19. The time to be strong is now. I hope your sister and other family members can stay safe at home with your nephew. He is in my prayers too. All you can do is be there for her to talk; telephone, ipad, iphone, computer.

Nice religious quote.

Be careful, stay safe and strong :)

Thank you for your sweet review and your prayers, Alicia. Portia is another Fanstorian here. I consider her my sister in Jesus even though we never met. Hugs!

I do believe that your prayer poems are my favorites. This one is special and pulls the reader to feel for others. Thank you for the notes. You inform us just how to pray and who is affected in our little FS circle with the horrible virus. Your reminder to lift them up to the Lord, is greatly respected and we can honor them with our prayers also.

Your prayer reads super, Helen. I enjoyed reading it. The presentation is great--the image, the choice of words, the formatting of lines, and your awesome message. I know God heard it and that pharp appreciates your heart=felt words. Thanks for sharing. (((HUGS))) Jan

Just goes to show you, Helen... there's that whole 6 degrees of separation thing... now it's six feet... lol... no really though, they say that no matter what you need to know, who you need to ask, there are only 6 degrees of separation between you and the commonality. The degrees are getting a lot closer with this thing out there. The more people it hits, the closer the degrees. Luckily, everyone's coming together, in spirit, as they can't in body, for all the support we all need. Don't be alone!!! :)

Yes, with so many of us all around the world here, it is a sobering time and we can't help but know someone who knows someone. Thanks for the review!
