How cleverly put and what a commemorable piece to last responders. Who, as you pointed out don't get much recognition because they are last responders for some reason or another. It's the First Responders that always get The praise but as you said and I agree, I'm glad that they came anyway. I'm sure that if a last responder read this ode to them, they would be grateful that someone recognizes their effort to be persistent to be on the scene in spite of the obstacles that arose to hinder them.
