Yes these twenty five words say it all - how our life has now changed beyond recognition - wonder how we will emerge from this isolation - wiser? happier ?

Hello, my friend,
Good word count. I like your presentation. You are right, our present situation is surreal. Well throughout the poem about the coronavirus. Good luck.

These are true words and of course we are all in the same boat and must obey the rules to save our own lives and the lives of others so that this virus does not spread, keep the hope in your heart, love Dolly x

Easy rhythm and rhyme--not even necessary for this contest! You summed up the situation succinctly. As for me, I remain defiantly unconfined (may use that phrase myself in a poem one of these days). Nice work. Art too. I've used several of his/hers myself. Cheers. LIZ

Oh I like this a lot!!! I can feel the anxiety of the writer through the way you wrote it.
No more fun.....that is so true! Ugh. I'm going stir crazy! Lol. Oh well more time to write! Right? Lol. Good work!

Re-invent it!! Make your 'gathering' online using Hangouts or Zoom or something until this all 'blows over'.... because it WILL blow over! :) Great offering for the contest - good luck! ;)

This is good. I liked the poem, I liked the flow, I liked the wording and the message. I liked the illustration very much too.
Maybe the poem is not so surreal, but the situation right now sure is!
An actual, very good poem. Thank you. I pray that we will come out of this safe and sound. And that we can be social and responsible human beings again.

It's hard to convey a feeling through only 25 words but this poem concretely achieves it and it has an impact. An example of what we are all feeling to one degree or another.

This twenty-five-word poem, Isolation, has the right word count and gives a glimpse of the new, temporary reality we face in order to slow down the virus.
