This script, John and Shorty Get Cabin Fever, is a knee-slapper. These two are so funny I know I would laugh at loud to see the live production. The fourth wall admission about the hula hoop was both funny and questionable, as it is to my observation, the only time that the scene is seen as a play.

Thank you so much for reviewing. I had a couple of anachronism jokes in the longer melodrama/comedy such as a reference to a flat tire. It was for the sake of humor by contrast (with the 20th Century). Sure appreciate your time spent!

Did you read her your hilarious script, CC? I enjoyed reading it. I had a good laugh. Your script flowed well, the dialogue was funny and natural sounding, and the artwork sounds like it will bring bugs to attack the beans. This is a fun script. The picture is perfect! Thanks for sharing. Respectfully, Jan

Cute story! Maybe cabin fever will strike more wpold be writers to FanStory. Learned a new word today. Stir-crazy means "restless or frantic because of confinement, routine, etc."

Thank you for reviewing. I remember there was a movie called Stir Crazy way back in the 1970s, I think.

I feel the same as John and Shorty. Because of my age and having lupus, I'm on lockdown.

This script is hilarious. I like how the horse snickered at the drawings.

Glad to see John and Shorty are back. I like all the of Shorty's funny word mishaps and the anachronism! But he's wasting a lot of food on the artwork. The sheep may end up eating his art!

Loved your script, my friend...especially the Museum malapropism. This is light-hearted fun and it makes a wonderful read on a dreary day. Thank you for sharing!!

This work has reached the exceptional level

Just what I needed to brighten the day. I'm glad Shane and Shorty have returned, or pre-returned to visit us. I enjoyed the humor of these two cabin fevered cowboys. I hope they have enough beans to do the art and still have something to eat. It would be awful if they had to resort to eating the artwork. Molasses and popcorn, I can't even imaging.

Ah yes, the infamous cabin fever, which I'm living through right now with my husband and teenage daughter. I can get through it by reading and writing, but my daughter's definitely having a rougher go of it.

I enjoyed your script. The characters are fun and funny, and their hijinks believable. I can certainly see doing crafts out of beans if that's what you've got, just as there's an amazing artist I've seen on TV who does incredible portraits out of rice.

The dialogue, with the occasional malapropism, is humorous and gave me a well-needed smile on another stay-at-home day.

Good luck with your self-quarantine and taking care of your mother.

Well done Crystie with your sequel /prequel to your previous creation. This looks a like a tongue-in-cheek one, like the the other my friend. John and Short are two good characters in you script writing, well done, blessings, Roy
