I just wanted to say that I loved this poem. It is so beautiful in a completely modern sense and finding something beautiful in something so sad and worrying is a true gift. well done kindest regards Meiax

Thank you so much! I really appreciate your response to my poem.

This is a well written piece. Good play on words with "paneful." Alliteration is equally good in lines one and three. Sums up the isolation we may all feel with the present circumstances. Best of luck in the contest. Marilyn

This 3-5-3, Enduring Self-isolation, has the proper formatting and makes good use of the punny window references as you bemoan the social distancing posture.

Wonderful play on words to deliver your vision of solitude in just 10 syllables -- great job for the contest!! :) :) Thanx so much for sharing and best of luck at the polls! ;) :)

I think this is a good entry for the 3-5-3 writing prompt.
This short piece tells of being in solitude during the virus.
Well done and I wish you good luck with the contest.

Probably this is how my friend feels :"Windowed world:
paneful solitude's
dull glazed gaze."
Thank you for sharing and good luck with the contest and with your writings.

Loved your poem and artwork. I especially liked the word play with "paneful" vs "painful". A true use of poetry. I like how you brought up the gaze and she is gazing out of the window. I think at this point we can all feel what she is feeling.

Thank you for your review. It seems we are mostly all under house arrest.

Fresh and clever indeed! Windowed world (alliteration!) Paneful (wordplay) and glazed gaze-- both alliteration and wordplay. I rarely give 6-stars but this merits no less. Cheers. LIZ

Thank you for this appreciative review, which I in turn appreciate. Lucky me, nabbing one of your hard-to-earn 6s.

Enduring self-isolation
Hello my friend,
Your 3/5/3 has the right amount of syllables and a pretty picture presentation. The lines connect well and that facilitates flow. Good alliteration.
