I was always fascinated by fairies, but I learned more about them since I started to live in Canada. Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful piece of poetry.

I do so apologize for the tardiness (and cut-and-pastiness!) of this response, I have been (still am!) in the midst of converting everything to online learning for the mandated school closings for the foreseeable future. Hey, to these old rheumy eyes - they're still fairies! I don't care how old I get, some fantasies will never fade over time. Reality is over-rated. These days, we need to hold onto some things in the realm of imagination. I enjoyed this piece.

I love the artwork you choose to go with your poem, they are a perfect match.
You captured my attention from the first line to the last. Like you I prefer those moths becomes bright fairies dancing around the flicking candle lights.

Please don't feel obligated in any way, Marcia -- was just sharing what I've been up to! ;) If it wasn't for my 'baby' being home from college, I'm not sure what I would have done.... but I'm learning a lot 'technically' shall we say!! ;) But the time some of this takes... and the organization of quizzes and other work they have to 'turn in' for me to grade...?
