Now that's what I call shedding your burdens, letting your wall down, being unihibited and setting yourself free...I love this ;)

Hey another bit of variation from you and it's really nice, simple, to the point, and upbeat at the end. Can I have the picture? In movie poster size, please.

It is basically short, sweet and to the point. I really like this poem a lot! I had to read it slow..to put the feelings and deepness in it. Very good..excellent job for sure! :)

Metal upon metal
Restricting bolts
fallen
Vulnerable
Relenting
Freedom
Never felt
So free
This is so cool. Sometimes I get the feeling from women that these are their panty hose or bras...... Shedding this armor then leads to amour

Hi Wonderful Lady,
I am glad to see that you decided to stay-- I look forward to reading your wonderful poetry and feel a kinship of sorts with what you have to say. This is another wonderful piece and it seems that with each new one that you write you show a little more of your heart and soul and I for one am honored to share... Buddy

Once again you have written a very honest, poignant poem. I love the openness, vulnerability and emotional weightlessness you describe here. I remember the moment I shed my own armor and you have captured the essence of that experience perfectly! Love it, love it, love it! Mama

I really like the imagery of the armor. I also think you made the most of free form verse. This is a great image about trust. It is truly like stripping off armor. I feel that you made universal connections to which most people can relate. Thanks for sharing this. Cyndee

This sounds like when I get home from one of shopping expeditions
and the first thing I do is takes my shoes off and put something comfortable on.
Remove armor
In a heap
unfastened!
I know you're right!
Freedom
Never felt
So free.
Thank you for sharing
