It's about a talking mouse that gets adopted into a family of humans and the cat hates him of course, plotting how to get rid of him, but all ends well.

Yes, I remember the mouse being part of a human family. I didn't realize the cat was a major plot point. He might not be in the original book *by the other of Charlotte's WEb)

This was a darling movie. I thought the animation was amazing. I like the double meaning in the last line. Because, of course, mice are associated with cheese, and children's movies can often be described as cheesy. Cute internal rhyme with mouse and house.
