I like the artwork you choose to go with your poem, they are a perfect match.
You captured my attention from the start, as sad as it seem it's season is over yet smile because it shall return and so will the flowers.

Nice haiku - makes me think of the brave crocus that poke up through the snow - and yesterday while out walking, I saw two small green-leaved bunches - what will they be - the ground here is still frozen. Survival.

The crocus and the snowdrop belong to the same family. They are strong and survivors by birth. Thanks, Gail!

This well describes the valiant snowdrop, which I love! It's a lovely entry or the Haiku on a flower. Beautiful descriptive words and phrases. I wish you good luck in the contest.

I like your haiku. I am always struck by that single flower or tree that manages to thrive in the worst conditions. You capture that feeling of awe for me. Then I read your comment about insisting against all odds. That takes your haiku to a higher, personal level for me. I was impressed.

Flowers survive through the cold and the snow. This is one that doesn't need to be reseeded as it will last due to its strong and vibrate nature.

I love to see a clump of snowdrops on a wintry day. These little flowers are beautiful and amazing. Nice personification of the flower bold enough to check out the weather first.
Best of luck in the contest.
