hello
these entries are always a sort of heart and mind shattering read.
The horrible question of when is dead.
The great gift of organs at the cost of someone else dying.
The parents, always the parents standing by.

May you be well.

I read the other day that we all know parent's worst nightmare is to lose a child.
The other day on Facebook it goes deeper because not only do you lose your only child but you also lose yourself?
    Thanks Padumachitta.

Hello Ricky1024
I read your poem about how you felt about the sadness of your son Jason. While I reading there is one part that got tears started to flow--

He's reaching out with his hand?'...
'Dad?'
'It's as if my words have impaled me?'
'Jason I know you can hear me!'

First of all, Bravo! You wrote it beautifully and communicated your thoughts with great skills. I hope everyone will get the underlying message you conveyed. Very well said, "God works in mysterious ways..." wish you good luck. May God bless you.

Thanks for your beautiful review I just went over to check it because I wrote another one today that was a two-part or sister poems but this was a nip so I cleaned it up a little bit and add to 10 words.

This work has reached the exceptional level

What a deep poem - the 'Dear God Above.'
'In my Broken Heart, I know You are about to do the right thing.'
'Because it's necessary and it's for love.' - so powerful, painful and accepting. So obedient and full of faith.
As a fellow believer, I so appreciate the admonition for your readers to take your story personally.
Cross pen - so clever.
... teach not preach. I know exactly what you mean ... Make disciples.
My condolences - I know you suffered. Jason poured out his blood ... a picture of Jesus. (how similar the names)
'I wish it were me! Here!' So many parents have known that!
Fantastic.
God bless and my best.

Reading other folks writing is a way to get to know them. Reviewing is a way of acknowledging appreciation for them and their skill.
I'm glad to get to know you.

On this day of my own memories, this one brought tears for one so young and innocent. Verywell stated and the pain and confusion, showed.

Jason is about to be catapulted into Inner Space...LOVE IT

The whole thing, so, so, emotional.
    Because Jay couldn't talk...
    He couldn't see...
And, he didn't know what was going on?
But then, later on in my Heart, I felt he did and you know?
God told him that it was going to happen.
And, there's so many clues leading up to this.
    Thanks,

Dr. Ricky, I am so grateful that you use your loss to write from the depths of your soul. Your use of your loss for all to read soothes like a balm for the soul! Your son, I believe, is smiling with delight at you have the faith and conviction to do the right thing when the time came, so that, he was able to pay forward with his broken human vessel so others could continue to sail on through life as a result of his gifts.

A lot of my reviewer's say that and they also cry.
But I write these words pretty much without getting too emotional. As I'm Journaling my pain.
    Thanks,

What a difficult decision to make after going through such sorrow and pain. Your son helped many people by the decision to donate his organs. Thank the lord, that our bodies are merely a place to carry our souls around for in Heaven we become whole and healthy. God bless you and your family!
