I'm this personification of 'stream of consciousness'. I automatically think that people are "hearing" what I'm thinking, and start talking, and seeing startled faces, I become puzzled, only decades of knowing I have this propensity teaches me to know reality. Well done Relda, at least you've tried to plumb,"why is this so?" Like me, you sort of understand the tenses, it took some literary "battering" on this site before I learned! Heh heh. Well done, excellent post, my wife thought so too. Blessings. Roy

Oh this is good. You have a terrific sense of style, of the music and rhythm of language, and a terrific perspective on that topic of all topics; life. This is actually first rate, highly polished prose poetry, right out of the vein of Jack Anderson. All the repetitions of phrases and words and slightly changing sentences creates this sense of gradual metamorphosis, through the experience of life. This is about life, after all, and I loved how you wove in all those scattered, incongruous moments into a tableau of experience that shapes your soul. The polish on this is extraordinary, the vision is here and now; this is where these art forms are going and it is wonderful to see you piloting part of the ship. estory

I feel the need to review your review -- I'd give you a six. Seriously, I appreciate the insight you shared. I was just skimming along the surface of my piece, and I am so glad to find out you see value upon a deeper look. The things you said, particularly about incongruous moments shaping our souls, speaks to me ? I guess that's what I'm feeling the need to do ? express all the incongruity I've experienced in my 70 years. (If I'm going to do it, I'd better get cracking, right! As John Wayne would say, "Daylights burning, let's get to work boys!"
In the vein of Jack Anderson - wow - I'm humbled, honored, and totally pumped, at the same time.

Liz - so glad you liked the humor and especially the spacey-stuff. I'm not much of a drinker but I think (I suppose) I felt high-as-a-kite when I finished writing this. I know I had a very nice nap.
