Nice poem. I think that this is definitely true. Many people find it helpful to listen to the sound of waves to fall asleep. I love the way you phrased this.

all so true... the sound of the ocean has such a calming affect, I can't help but think, for humans, it all started in the womb before birth. This is a very "soothing" poem. Best wishes.

Hello anon - this is a lovely, well written 5/7/5, true to form and your choice of words is very good. With the restrictions of syllable count you managed to get in a difficult word - susurrations - very good. I was mesmerized by the picture - I have never managed movement with my pictures. Wow, Dorothy, I do so appreciate your comments, but you forgot to include what you feel needed 'fixing'. The four stars indicate that some adjustments are needed.... could you please elaborate on what adjustments you think would improve the poem? Do you think susurrations was too unrecognizable (I defined it in the author notes)? I do appreciate your feedback!! ;) :) :)

"Nature's sleep machine" here here. There is nothing like the soothing sound of the ocean to make one feel relaxed and at piece. Even without the imagery while reading your words I can see and hear the tranquil ocean. Nicely written.

It red well flowed well with no Grammar Issues.
Adjective and Objective Contents were both Excellent and Exceptional while Descriptive Measures aligned Perfectly.
