Exceptional
This work has reached the exceptional level

Father Christmas is one of the most iconic figures of our times.

I love the angle you chose using the kids who are not fooled ..

..seems that it's the Dad who wants his kids to stay just a little long kids and still believe in Father Christmas.. ( biggrin)

I know lots of fathers pretend to be Santa and visit" their kids at home, bringing gifts.

A moment of joy and delight for all.

I have seen also in films that many shopping malls hire a Father Christmas so kids can " meet and speak " to him. And kids actually write letters to him.

I have never seen a Father Christmas in my life...I think it as a child it would have been fun.

CIAO TEMPESTE: Again...Thank you. You are always appreciated. Tempeste I wrote this poem because I was thinking of how fond you are of your dad. I was hoping that you would like the Daughter/father part of it. Then I just related it to the holiday season in which I wrote it. Thank you, my friend. God bless you, Tempeste. God bless you. Ha, ha! This is a fun poem, perfectly timed for the upcoming Christmas festivities. The image you've selected also adds to the fun element {smiles}.

Nicely done!

That's cute. I wonder how many dads have thought their kids didn't know. My dad never dressed as Santa, but of course I would have known immediately if he had. I remember thinking the mall Santa was real, tho.
