Emanuel.. I was curious why you entitled your poem with this name ... I learnt something today ..it means "God is with us ".
Your poem is one beautiful declaration of love
and I do believe that : The mouth speaks what the heart is full of ..
......sadly, more people everyday turn their backs on God.
Out of love, he sent his son to save us and yet everyday more look the other way.
I love your picture because I believe that one can certainly find God in a forest rather than in a place like the Vatican which has used religion to build its empire .. Money and power.

CIAO TEMPESTE: It is often that I learn something from what you write. It pleases me that here I can return the favor. I love this line: "The mouth speaks what the heart is full of." You, Tempeste, are a living proof of that truth. Like I told you before: your words to me are as sweet as candy...which makes me as happy as a kid with chocolate chip cookies.You are right...too many people don't know or care what happened at the cross. I chose the picture that I picked because I believe that the path that leads to anything as good as love is often shrouded with ice cold foliage. Why?
