A good combo, Albert Einstein's quote and your words, they make sense for a healthy lifestyle for, both us and the world around us.I like the S alliteration of -Serene not stressed- something to aim for that's for sure.
cheers,
valda

I really enjoy the Sapphonic Style, but I had almost forgotten it. I?m glad you enjoyed both of them

I so agree with Einstein's words, and your words are poignant Trisha, we should eat natural food and keep stress to a minimum, wise words here, love Dolly x

A wonderful Sapphonic Triad, Trisha, with the message that we would all love to follow... got the C-F, H-D, and W-H...still working on the S-N-S!! ;) :) Thanx for sharing! :) Yvette

Nature is the answer to man's future as it was his past. At some point, all this technology is going to fail. Good work.

Man is too egotistical to think so. ? Pride goes before a fall? I say

There?s a limit to healthy ego. When it?s trying to push limits past Nature it is becoming close to reckless.

A very well-written Sapphonic Triad. We can learn indeed a lot from nature when we see how peaceful the animals of the field graze with no worries where the next meal will come from.

Human stress is different, but overall we are reactive, not proactive in life. Thanks for your kind review

Interesting subject matter. Einstein seems to have been so wise, in addition to so dang smart. Thanks for sharing this poem with us! I never thought of nature as God's guide.

Thanks for your complimentary review, Teri. Sometimes, man gets sick and doesn?t ?connect the dots? . Then he turns to chemical means to treat human disregard of nature?s wisdom.

I've never read that quote by Einstein. It's one that I will remember. I'm glad you showed it to me.
You have followed Einstein's advice and looked deeply into nature. I like what you found, especially the serenity and the focus on truthfulness. I'm doing a poem in a similar vein, but mine focuses on the trust of nature. All of this comes in God's free guide.
Glad to talk to you today, Trisha.
