A very well-written poem and an excellent usage of the prescribed words that make up a cooking lesson that any wine drinker would enjoy. I wonder if the food was eaten at the end.

Now this is a chef I would gladly like to cook with. It's amusing to see WHAT he is preparing as well as HOW. I am not a fan of rhyming couplets, but they do give your poem a light tone. Rod
