I depend on my faith to get through times of extreme stress. Talking to God is helpful. I am hoping that God really does grant me a period of rest.

I spend a lot of time talking to God about the hard things in my life and happy times too. It?s a good feeling to be to know that I am loved and seen. I know God answers- it is usually unexpected way.

Difficult to really 'talk' to God -since we have such varied ideas about his Being- this particular letter to God comes close, I think to what one might say to this Mighty One - how life can be inexplicable in its burdens and yet from such trials can flow acceptance and understanding

I have always believed in a world we can not see. So many battles between the light and the dark. I think God sees us. I have seen too many usual things happen. God answers in three ways: wait, no and sometimes yes.

I wrote this quickly, when I saw the prompt. The only thing I thought about was what I needed. After thinking about it, I realized how much I need some rest from the world. As I wrote, the thought of respite seemed what I wanted the most.
