This is the second piece I've read about a God-given sign. Perhaps the angel did jump and not fall. At the very least, it brought Daisy to awareness of the world around her. Well done.

This was great Maria. It was interesting to read and introduced an important aspect of experiencing a death. To be able to grieve, which it doesn't sound like Daisy is managing. I am so glad you will possibly be doing a second chapter because what actually transpired when the angel crashed? What happen to Daisy? What changes happened after the tiny embedment? Great job.
