This is a fantastic entry. You have satisfied the prompt by generating a horrifically gruesome visual without resorting to run-on sentences or trying to over load the story. Your sentences are strong and clear - and creepy!

This is definitely a horror story. You did a good job using just 3
sentence. A lot was said in those sentences. I could seem the image very
clearly in mind.
