cats are loving animals. I had a friend who had a cat and that was the love of her life. Cats are very protective of their owners. They will lay on their laps or perhaps on the owner's bed.

You've written a very good short story for the contest
about your cat and the love between the two of you.
"My cat [starts] to purr very much."
Starts doesn't seem to be the right word here,
maybe "likes" or some other choice.
Nicely done

This is an adorable dribble fiction piece. Any cat owner (as I am) will be able to relate to this {smiles}. And, as far as cats are concerned, you've mentioned the one word that rewards owners: purr.
This is one of the few I've read that doesn't depend on a culminating "twist".
Nicely done {thumbs up}.
