Hello Maria :)
Your short story is so charming. The smallest things really often do mean so much. What is a bath without bubbles - boring for sure!
I really feel for Carmen's dad. He felt like he wasn't 'enough' and he wanted to do the best he could for his family. The soap being referred to as 'treasure' is a lovely touch. It shows how precious it is and what it meant to be able to provide Carmen with the bubbles she craved to feel all princessy.
Very nicely done.
