This is not a very self-denigrating piece, but I like it anyway for its exuberence that fits in so well with the artwork. I wish it good luck in the polling booth.

As the prompt asked for "satire or irony" I don't think to speak damagingly would have been appropriate, thank you for your comments

Maybe I misunderstood (highly probable) I took it as satire or irony turned against the author him/herself

This is excellent commentary on the idea of happiness verses perceived success or intelligence. I love how you have chosen to use your minimal syllables =)

Well joy bells! Nice picture to accompany your happy proclamation. And I like that. I want to be that one jumping around in happiness. The Bible tells us "rejoice evermore". That's something I want to remember always.

Whether you intended it our not, this writing prompt can easily be written about the biography of Muhammad Ali aka Cassius Clay. He was the greatest.
Good luck in this contest voting.
I too have used VMarguarite for the artwork to accompany my posts - good choice!

A very well-written Senryu. As long as there is things we can learn from others that are useful we can feel happy to learn to help ourselves in life to move forward and not stuck in one place.

"I'm the happiest", is short, succinct and very much to the point. With a minimum of words, this talented poet has told it as it is. I look forward to seeing your next post.

Those who are prepared to continue learning are generally among the happiest. It's both rewarding and fulfilling. I enjoyed reading your sentry and the positivity of it.

Well this is terrific. A great way to senryu oneself with just the right bit of self-deprecation.
Excellent contest entry and much luck to you in the booth. :)
