Appreciate the format and rhythm.
If I may point out one nit in terms of verb tense: All of your stanzas begin with present tense verbs with the exception of the second stanza: "I'd swear..." Easy fix: I swear...

Your descriptive wording paints Fall all over the place! I can see and hear the sights and sounds of falling leaves and candied apples. Earthly smells of the ground as it settles down in winter. A very nice poem, full of eagerness as this next season begins! Great job!

This poem is very well written and has a lilt to it. The corresponding image is also very beautiful. I might be wrong but I don't think there exists in the English language a word that actually rhymes with orange.

autumn does that to you - it is so refreshing after a hot summer (which we still have).
