I am not fond of Autumn, but the one described in your 5-7-5, it's very alluring. I like the personification: "one bold branch beckons with the promises of Autumn about to explode." Good luck with the contest.

Thanks for the review. I live in Vermont which is the best for fall foliage. It does seem to explode in vibrant colors. People come from Europe just to see this. On my walk, I saw one bold branch in color, ahead of the rest. Cheers.

Nice "b" alliteration with "bold" and "branch" and "beckons." Super art choice. I think there definitely is timing to how leaves turn colors, so the anticipation is there with "about to explode" in the last line. Nice job.

Autumn colors are so gorgeous. They look like they are ready to burst in this picture; like the words express. In a few days we will be entering the month of September. I hope that we can enjoy our fall colors; as the season seems to be a little short.
