Dragonskulls,
I had to check it out. Great poem! Great minds think alike. Deja vu has always intrigued me a phenomenon hard to understand. I found it interesting that it could be a medical condition.

Yeah, I would find it hard to believe as a medical condition. If that's so, fill me in on how to get it so I can use it to win the lottery. Haha
Thank you for the great review, Deb.

What a thought provoking question. I have moments of clarity that make me think I have lived through that moment before... I always chalk it up to perhaps a dream I have had. Great theme.

Interesting question you have there. There are those that will say it is either way. The truth is we may never know until the end is upon us.
I like to think because we have seen or known something in that moment before.

Yeah, absolutely nothing new or groundbreaking here. Religious clerics have been asking this exact question for thousands of years. Sorry, can't give you more stars for simply asking a played out question. I'm looking for originality.

Deja vu happens often often to make me think that it is not mere coincidence. It feels so real at the time, how can we not have experienced it before? How will we ever know - so your poem is indeed thought-provoking.

I've always known I have not lived this LIFE before, but when I was a teenager, MANY times I had experiences identical to early ones. Your
5-7-5 is well-written.

Good question and I sometimes wonder that when a situation repeats itself, are we being played by another high power or is our memory of something we have actually experienced before? I liked your questioning write, love Dolly x

This poem and picture fit each other and theme well. This makes you think of maybe having past lives or reincarnation. Or maybe just repeating the same mistakes over again.
Good luck and keep writing

You ask a very thoughtful question. I have often wondered about deja vu. Where it comes from and why. Psychology thinks they understand it but I think there is more to it than that. We may very well have lived our life, before, and will do it again, in the future. I love the picture you created from a Google image. Very creative and clever. I love writings about Time and whether it repeats itself or not. Who can tell? Maybe someday we'll understand it more. I hope so. Thank you for your thought-provoking poem.
Take care, Jesse

Thank you for the fantastic review, Jesse. Yes, maybe some day we'll really know what's behind the deja vu. The picture actually took a lot longer to create than it took to come up with the words, lol. I really appreciate the generous stars, friend. I'm glad you liked the piece.

What a great subject for this 5-7-5! This is, indeed, thought provoking. And now that you have made me think about it... kind of creepy. I think everyone has experienced this and since there is no explanation for this (except in the movie "The Matrix") well, geez, you always have to think about it. I love the art you chose to go with this. Yes, this is thought provoking. Well done, poet. Lynda
