Good read, inspirational, your story has a happy ending, keeps the reader eager to read on, it helps others understand that help is available if one seeks, (one little error second paragraph, first line at the end 'might consider removing (a) surgery... to hospital for surgery.
Good luck with your work and well done.

Your last line sums up your story very well "Now I am a cancer survivor." I take it that you were so young at the time, and am so happy you are now OK.
I did see a few grammatical errors in your story.
It felt I had knives inside my colon should be It felt like I had knives ...
Once the checked up on me they all told should be Once they checked... this time I have had no clue should be In this time I had ...
Still, all in all a good effort. Good luck in the contest.

I'm so glad you got well and you are now free of pain. Cancer is a scary disease. In your last paragraph, 1 should be one. Dates are OK, but other than that numbers should be spelled out. Good luck in the contest.

First, I thank you for sharing your story. I like how you have written how the illness, cancer and healing took a heavy turn on yourself and family.
I like the chances taken to make sure your health was important to you and the process it took to get a diagnoses. I like that you did not fear the medical field and kept asking questions, being tested into you received the victory. You did it. God bless

This does meet the contest requirements as it begins with the appropriate phrase, "I remember". The word count is required to be entered into the Author's Notes section and it is missing. The approach is a relevant one as many people have either had cancer or know someone that has had cancer. Good luck in the voting and thank you very much for sharing it.

With love and care you made it through which made pain easier to bare.
God bless you and I am glad you made it. You are a cancer survivor.
Personally people don't feel your pain but they hurt nevertheless.
I hope this cancer will stay behind you.
A few of my family members have dealt with cancer also, so I can understand what it is to watch a love one go through this ordeal.
God bless you again.
Your story is nice and I am sure it will touch people's hearts.

You are one really lucky girl. Especially when you were having
pain because pain is usually the last symptom of cancer. I'm so glad you are a survivor!'=God bless!
