A dog and cat fight is a 75 word contest entry rich and theme as well as imagery.
It read and flowed well with no grammar issues as well.
Adjectives content an object of contents were both excellent exceptional wild descriptive measures aligned perfectly.
Good luck with this and have a blessed day dr. Ricky 1024

This is certainly a very unique and interesting offering for the contest. Although, I'm not sure if it would qualify as fiction with the questions to the reader at the end... ?? Thanx for sharing and best of luck in the contest.

Hi Raul. I had a cat and my BF had a dog. He got her when he lived here so my cat was used to her. Anyway, my cat was near the end of her life, she was very old. She had lost a lot of weight and mostly given up eating her hard food, but would eat the dogs. She would sit there and eat the dog's kibble, these huge crunchy things, and not let the dog anywhere near her own food. The dog would sit patiently behind her, waiting for a turn at her own food. If she dared to try to get in there, she'd get a swipe on the nose to put her back in her place! Poor doggie! LOL

This is a very cute 75 word story about the cat and dog fight. I am not sure if either one of them got the jest of what happened. They probably were both still hungry! Very cute job my friend. Blessings, Teri

I doubt they learned anything. Maybe the owner learned something about feeding them both at the same time. You did a good job with a 75 word prompt. Good luck in the contest.

I was recently asked to pet sit for my neighbor and they have a cat and a dog. Did you have a camera watching me? I did learn my lesson and fast. Good job.

Hi Raul1,
I think all three animals need a bit of education. Put the cat's food in a tree where the dog can't get at at ...... put the dog and his food in a bathroom (shut the door) so the cat can't at it - put the writer in the garage with a drink so the other animals can't get in .... - Lobber

Familiar scene--gotta feed those pets separately!

This will be more effective if you give the narrator a name and use past tense.

What did the owner DO to try to calm the pets? You can eliminate words like "from them" to make room for more description and action words.

I have a cat and a dog that play, fight so I can relate to your short story. You brought out a complete story with imagery in so few words. I love the picture that you chose.
