Hah! I want to write this in at my next doctor's appointment....if for no other reason than to see the look on her face! The definition I found was even more "clear" than the one you offered.....which, of course, because I am a dork about these things, had me laughing hysterically!
"Lalochezia definition
Lalochezia (pronounced la-lo-KEY-zee-uh) means relieving stress or pain through swearing. It derives from the Greek words for 'speech' (lalia) and defecation (chezo). It is literally Greek for 'talking shit'."
Blame it on the Greek penchant for telling it like it is! LOL----Karenina

So that is what I do when I stub my toe! I've never seen that word before so it certainly fits the 'obscure' bill. You presentation is attractive and interesting.

Thank you for your fun review!!

Good word - but many folk today don't even say things "covertly" - they just come out with it - in every sentence. Like a badge of honor or something. I liked your poem.
Good luck in contest.

And I automatically tune them out unless they have Tourette's Syndrome (lol!)...it is a maturity issue in most cases. Thank you for your review!!

OK, a bunch of letters that I thought was just mashed together to form your obscure word deserves the extra star! Do like your p-letter alliterations throughout your entry.
I'd like to use 'lalochezia' in some future writing (spell check in FS did not include it as a legitimate word!), but then again I would need to look it up to spell it correctly . LOL
IMHO, your entry will garner many votes and positive reviews!
Both text and illustration are perfectly in sync.

A very well-written poem about life's moments that need a slip of tongue that release the stress within and bring the situation in the conext we really sees it.

Just as long as the words are used COVERTLY...in private after we bite our tongue during the conversation. Thank you for your review. ;-)

Yes, when the tongue starts to bleed, let the good words out, you know the one's, this is an excellent short poem, chosen artwork is great, and the words get the reader thinking of how many times they wanted to let rip with those choice words, very well done, and best wishes for your contest****kahpot

LOL, what a word! I doubt it will ever find its way into my conversational speech -- I'm not even sure I could figure out its pronunciation, but I have to admit, I like its definition. Yes indeed, sometimes those nasty words can relieve much tension (or cause it)! LOL!!! Good luck in the booth.

Had never heard that word before! Fascinating effect on color shading the font there. Illustration choice is appropriate, too! I love the alliteration with "P" sounds in the last line, too. And I must admit to saying a bad word once in a great while, but more often all alone in the car with traffic jams.

That must be the reason for all of the cursing and swearing I hear these days. Some people have to at least one vulgar word in everything they say. Well done. Best wishes in the contest, my friend~Debbie

Bad language sometimes helps to let out the anger and get it off our chest! I have never heard of it described by this word before, so I learned something today, good luck with the contest, you fulfilled the brief, love Dolly x
