Funny how dead trees tend to creep most of us out. Makes an average house look haunted or a dead tree in the forest looks ominous. I enjoyed your entry in this 100 word writing prompt.

There are always consequences to hatred. It is an emotion best kept unspoken. The tree had feelings and thoughts on the matter, so got you before you got it. Hug a tree today and say how much you appreciate trees on Earth. Goodness can be contagious, but hate can too. I know which one makes the world feel a better place to be in.
