I'm not quite sure what you're advocating here. Your title says that you are skipping low rewarders, who your work is posted at one point and 2 member cents. There is a guy who writes scripts (of about 7 lines) every day and because he doesn't promote he usually gets only two reviews. Yet he's among the top five of script writers. I don't know how those people who write two poems a day can even afford to promote them all. I am in the often thankless situation of paying out to promote but still receiving only a few reviews. It's a gamble, and you don't know whether you'll get the reviews, no matter how much you pay out in member dollars. judi

Yeah mate I understand. It was a bit "tongue in cheek" complaining about lousy rewards then not giving one myself. Just a bit peed off about paying big Funny Money rewards and getting very few reviews at this time of year. I know I need to get back to your stuff too. I just shelled out for another month on sankey. Wish I could transfer the rest of the year till November's money from Tootsie55 account to here. Seeing Humppwhistle winning yet again and Rama got Reviewer of the Month AGAIN recently! All Tom's mates.

I know what you mean. I waste more member dollars entering contests, and the last time I placed third with a bunch of other people also placing third. You can see how much of a profit I got from that! I don't have time to review like some people do to rake in those dollars. Good luck to you in your search for the misspent member dollars. judi

It's a bit of a game really. I always post prose with at least a dollar and a leprechaun, usually more like $1.10-$1.16 if I can. By the same token, I review work with more than a dollar on it until I've enough to post my own work. Then, if I've the time, I may dig deeper, with priority to people on my fan list and a few Up Next offerings thrown in. I don't often give my two cents worth though - like this! LOL

I love your rants and key in his eye to have ranted about the unnecessary grammar rip apart of my beautiful work specially when it deals with promoting organ tissue donation for my dead son Jason I've eminently opposed it will defend it forever and I've been kicked off the site for times for it and I've had a couple wars with Tom the administrator and he's a very thoughtless person he always defends those that have been victimized by the following re-review because he always says you can block that person of course you can block anybody on here as many people you can block every reviewer that's ever reviewed your work perfect or imperfect but the point is there's young people here that are trying to learn and as a result of the careless way Tom runs this site when they get portrait for their grammar or and content it hurts them.

Yeah we are on the same page, mate. Thanks for grabbing the last of the FREE he he reviews. Let me know if interested I will point you to a song I wrote in one of the biography chapters called "Its Not What You Know But Who You know that counts" Are you on PC or Apple Mac? I think I changed the music to an MP3 file so should be accessible anyway.

Thanks Sylvia, not enough have got it right as you have ...write, review, get funny money to promote and so on. In return with promotion get more readers and make new friends whom you can review and encourage and fan and so on.

You are welcome, Sankey. Yes, make new friends... I must remember to visit you when next I visit Australia. My son lives in Canberra and I get him to put me on a coach to visit a friend in Sydney. Her son meets the coach and takes me to her. She and I go back over 50 years and we share a lot in common. I take flights when I visit my brother in Melbourne and more friends there and there's my sister in Brisbane and more friends there too. My husband does not like the winter months and that's when we return home.
