A very well written poem in a simple style but carrying great meaning and lessons in life. Only God can create. He created wonderful things for man. But man has chosen to destroy the beautiful earth step-by-step and blame God for everything! What a tragedy! But God loves the mankind he has created. That's why we are still existing. Thank you for sharing!

A great piece. I appreciate the way the lessons of life are taught from scratch and questions answered step by step. Beautiful adaptation of the good word and a means to spread it!

This is a very well thought out and written piece. It is very deep and I like the message it puts out. I thought the way it ended was really good as well. Thank you for sharing and stay safe.

A lovely story, simply told, and well written. Yes, mankind must sometimes learn the hard way to value what is indeed precious. I like that he was thinking to bring'life' back to his loved ones. Well done.

The meaning of life is simple. The teaching of how to live the life of simplicity comes from obedience to what we know. That is why Jesus came and told us, "I am the way, the truth, and the life."
Let us make man in our likeness and image.

Well done writer. My blessings to you.

A good lesson for children and adults alike. Nice choice of picture for the story. Displays appropriate interaction between adults and children, something that is greatly lacking in today's media. Thanks for a good story.

Indeed, everything that sustains, prolongs and makes life livable nd enjoyable not only comes from God the creator, it was placed here for our good use. To waste it or to abuse it is to virtually spit in God's face. Something you do not want to ever do.

A very well conveyed message regarding waste of a precious resource and the necessity of awareness in being accountable for such waste. Thanks for sharing.

Alcreator,

I enjoyed reading both your story as well as your author notes...which I agree with. One part of your story that really stood out to me was the
part about water:

"Water is priceless resource. We should learn the value of each drop of water, water is scarce now, here, you are well aware, God has saved the river, though, it flows along the edge of our village," Samuel explained God's lesson in a word.

Water sure is a "priceless resource." I also like the way you used "fetch life" and "fetching life" in the ending.

Well done!

Thanks for bringing a ray of sunshine into my life this morning. I needed the Lord to touch me in some way, to remind me what is important and what is merely man's way of confusing us. I appreciate your story and am thankful I read it. Smiles - Carol
