Donna, This is a very beautiful and well written poem for this July 4th today. You used very good words that were healing to many if they just listen to it. Very nice imagery from the art work you chose. We don't realize our sins and health play a big part in our life. We need to go to Jesus in prayer asking Him for His forgiveness from our sins. Loved your spiritual meditation on this Independence Day! You took the message from Jesus healing the paralytic and then applied it to us as individuals and as a country. Yes, may the Lord cleanse us from all guilt!
One suggestion would be to change the font color and make it larger as I had to enlarge to read it. The red was a little hard to read against the blue. But I understand you wanted the red and blue.
