Love the imagery and concept written here. Prisms alter our perceptions of reality, just as poetry can. Great fifteen syllable poem. Perfect picture to go with it. Excellent. Hugh

Nice work. I like the pairing of poem with prisms. It is not cliché. It also symbolizes the many colors found in poetry. How words are give a depth of meaning. Good luck in the contest.

Yes poetry is indeed a 'prism' - enabling us to escape the mundane everyday - at least for a while- allowing us precious moments to ponder- thanks for reminding us of that !
