This poem, Be Glad, reminds us that what doesn't kill us makes us stronger. Without small trials, the big ones would wipe us out.

What a delightfully colourful and sunny poem with a very positive message
which is portrayed in verse and image.
With all the stresses and burdens of modern life it is very easy to fall victim to sadness, loneliness anger etc.
Thank you for reminding me there is sunshine in a smile.
