I'm grateful for the addition of my username on here. I hope I did help when I was reviewing the book so long ago. I know writing a good piece, especially one that is autobiographical can be really important when trying to show the world who you are.
There's so many names on here. I wonder how many are still around or have gone on to produce books themselves since that time.

Yeah, I would like to try and fix the list a bit more. I had a bit of difficulty with the "Tables" formatting from MS Word! Several of these have passed on as well. Thanks for coming by.
