It's early in the morning and it's great to be alive and greet the sayings of inter strength. These are words that are within the soul, Yvette. A yoga master may know them, :) but then again so would a poet. This is a good entry for the 3-6-9 contest.

I love the way you mix all the senses here, Yvette. After all, they are all related.
Lovely presentation and words.
Thanks for sharing and good luck in the contest.

That was very well constructed, and beautifully worded, Yvette. It's like meditation, you let everything wash over you as you find your inner core. It's a lovely way to get to know yourself. This is a really lovely 3-6-9 contest entry, and I wish you loads of luck! :) Sandra xxx

Thanx so much for the review, Sandra, and I'm so glad you found a bit of 'serenity' within the lines! :) :) I am always so glad to get your input on things, ma'am -- just counting down the days to summer!! :) ;) LOL! Have a tranquil week, ma'am! ;) :) Yvette

A lovely way of telling us to be still and find out who we are. Does one ever really know oneself? Hard to say.

Lovely artwork to go with your beautifully written poem. I like how you did those first lines.

That's a really good question, Yvonne -- a little easier without all those hormonal swings of yesteryear, though, yeah?! :) :) LOL! :) Thanx for the review and the smile this morning -- you have a wonderful week in the Ark! :) :) Yvette :)

You've built a good poem from this trio of 3-6-9s. The accumulation is stronger than the parts. Your cause and effect construction is particularly effective. A well balanced account of the benefits of meditation.

I enjoyed your poem and the similar way the second lines start. Also the way you've put unfamiliar phrases together as in 'touch - silence' and 'taste - stillness' which isn't what you usually come across. Good luck in the contest.

This is the true state of meditation and feeling calm and tranquil. To hear ourselves and our heart beating and soothe our souls it takes peaceful silence to reach our inner dogma, I felt the peace in your words Yvette, love Dolly x

What a soothing poem! I feel like you're asking me to take deep breaths and enjoy being in the Lord's peace. I wonder if I have some color issues with my eyes but the last stanza's font color was hard for me to read. Could be just me.

Changed the font color to a more basic red... was just looking for some of the 'main colors' in the print... interesting how some of those font colors have an almost psychedelic effect to them! :) ;) Thanx for the heads-up, ma'am, and thank you for the lovely review! :) ;) Have a great week! :) Yvette

Show-off. (LOL) You are so talented, my friend. It's such a pleasure to read your work. This one is sublime. I want to slow down right now and read it again and again...

Best of luck with the judges, though I honestly doubt you'll need it!

Wow, Abby!! :) You have just put a huge smile on my face this morning with those lovely stars, ma'am -- I can't imagine starting off my day with any better way than grinning while dealing with classes of teenagers - LOL! ;) :) Seriously, though, Abby, I am so glad this touched you and helped you smile as well! :) :) Take care and have a great rest of the week! :) :) Yvette
