Great alliteration in your Haiku, Alicia. Too bad the picture didn't upload for you. It's always nice to see a surprise in nature. :)
Hugs,
Connie

Hi Connie! I'm catching up from Easter. Hope you had a wonderful Canadian Independance Day. Thank you. Hugs, Alicia :)

Your 5-7-5 haiku is gorgeous and requires no picture for us to visualize the pristine "prettiness" of the "sprout" on the "old tree stump". Your abundant alliteration adds to the intensity. Big cheers- Joan

Hi Alicia. Sorry not to see the picture you took. I'm wondering what the purple passion sprout on the tree is, fuels the imagination. Probably some sort of mushroom or fungus. They can be pretty, too. Marilyn

Hi Marilyn! It was an orchid planted on moss on the tree. Somebody stole it. Maybe the next day. It was a nice sight. Thank you. Hearts & hugs, Alicia :)

I love it when one sees a flower perched on something, many it shouldn't, it reveals the tenacity of nature, like the lone flower on a snowy, rocky slope of a mountain. Well done, beautifully writtem Alicia, good luck, blessings, Roy

This was really a good write, sunnilicious. I liked the use of alliteration in the piece. The first line all the way with it, and the beginning of the second and third lines are well done. Your words describe a picture already that I can see in my mind. Well done.
