I think you did a very good job with this verse in showing the opposites and attributing them to your emotions. Good choice of antonyms and a beautiful presentation.

A very well-written antonymn poem and the way life makes us feel from time to time. When we feel high, there are many expectations and hope that things will work out but when our dreams seem to fail, we go to a state of low energy.

Yeah -- it seems that life follows that pattern on a long term basis but when the distance in time between the highs and the lows is shorter, it magnifies them to our psyches... :( This is a great offering that really demonstrates that enhanced roller coaster ride... Thank you for sharing your spirit with us this morning! ;)

Living alone with only the TV or computer to keep us company is very depressing. I know for I only had my computer to talk to. I had a hard time opening up to my wife and a few friends, but I found out that speaking with God helped me more. Now I'm still on the computer but I go out once in a while. Keep your shin up and talk to Him. He is always there. :)
