A very well-written two-line poem about the perfect catcher is the west to catch that first rays of light from the east. It is game, set, and match and a home run.

LOL. You have a great imagination. I bet your students call you their favorite teacher. I can picture you in class, standing tall at the front of the room, an impish grin challenging young minds to think creatively.
Superb!

That is a clever two-line poem for the contest. Great job conveying the idea of the sun rising from the east and setting in the west and seeing the view at a baseball stadium.

A clever write and with the sun in your eyes it is an unfair advantage to the opposing team! He he he, perhaps the pitch should hav chosen a different layout when it was built. Hindsight is a wonder ful thing, Good luck with the contest, love Dolly x

Hi, nice lay out of poetry. I don't know much about baseball only that there is a catcher always when a ball is strike. Will try to pay attention to the sport. Your presentation is excellent. Keep it up

A great catcher indeed if he can still take the catch with the sun in his eyes! I guess this is why tennis courts are built north-south, rather than east-west.

Good job and isn't that what the west has done for decades and decades. People bought the stories that you could get rich (gold) that it was milk and honey - that crops grew to mighty heights. That's why we're still popular out here in the West.
I write a lot of stories about the pioneer s- we explore ghost towns - esp. in Nevada. It's of great interest
Good poem
