Hi Roxanna.
Wow! You are so close to the end and the writing is still action packed and retains much interest.
The battle scenes are graphic and appear to be well researched.
Well done.
Shirley

Hi Roxanna, it's such a sad chapter, but the end promised new hope. I'm not into fantasy stories let alone dragons, but I have to say it's very well written, so here you have me following along. All the best. Ulla:)))

Another imaginative episode and you are keeping the reader's interest.

I picked up a few small points:
He grabbed Lyse hand and they ran into the woods - apostrophe after Lyse - either Lyse' hand or Lyse's hand.

Dyster's iridescent scales shown in the fading light - should be 'shone'.

His chest wound still bleed - still bled

He lost conscientiousness - should be 'consciousness'

This is an interesting development in the story, I thought Lucas might be mortally wounded, but he's now allied to Ond-Natt's father, a formidable ally indeed, how will they fare? Well done Rox, blessings, Roy
Typo : His scales (shown) silver in the light. Shone? 2: he grabbed Lyse('s) hand. 3: Dyster's iridescent scales (shown) shone? 4: his chest wound still
(Bleed) bled?

"avenges his son" should be "avenge his son". A well crafted man versus monster story. Battles take their tolls on everyone in many different ways. Interesting read.

Ended too soon. More, please. Excellent reading. I didn't see one thing to recommend to you. Lots of tension and action and I want to find out what happens next. Great job. Shirley

Dyster is his son too. He will know that when he see's that Dyster has the blue coloring, Where else would he get the Blue scales? I have a feeling he may not fight Dyster. I may be wrong but I can dream can't I? LOL Nancy:)

That is not good news! I hope Joshua and all the others who have taken off after him are a match for the two large dragons and Lucas. Evil is always the stronger when it comes down to a battle. But, brains can outmatch them sometimes, let's hope this is one of those times. This is another brilliant part, Rox, well done! :) Sandra xx
