Amen to your author notes. I love the words to your 5-7-5. They represent a strength in your faith; also an invitation. Beautiful artwork; love the scripture across the top.
This is truly a great contest entry :)

I love the second line--"And his words I will write down." This simple declaration is very moving. I will write your poem down in my notebook where I keep such things for their beauty and inspiration. Thanks.

Thank you Joana. When and if you write it down omit the "So" in the last line. :)

Another beautiful offering for this contest... your presentation is lovely and your message for the word as the foundation of Faith is well-written in the 17 syllables... good luck at the polls! :)

It seems the truth becomes something many people tweek and twist into a narrative to fit an agenda for themselves, God's Blessings to you. Thank you for Sharing your Gifts and insight.

The twist and turns are in the eye of the beholder. Yet, truth shall prevail. May God bless you also.

Hi Contest Author,
This is a very nice religious poem but your last line is six, rather than five, syllables. You can easily remedy this by deleting "so" at the beginning of the line. Good luck and thanks for sharing. Jan :-)

Excellent job on this entry for the Faith 5-7-5. I liked reading this one that encourages the reader to place their trust in the Lord and build their lives on His promises. Well done.

I have faith in God and I believe in him. He is watching all of us everywhere and he knows more than we do. This poem is spiritual and touching. Nice work
