Thanks for the compliment. Yes, I had three cats at one time. All three with different personalities. Have you watched the cartoon Simon's Cat?

I haven't, though I have had a couple of them pointed out to me... very funny! I had three at one time too... now I have only one left, she's 18 soon and I won't get another until she's gone. I don't want her to feel displaced.

AAAWWW very nicely done. The first two describe and the third was the AAAWWW effect and you pulled it off nicely. Cats are my best friends and I truly loved this

You have created a lovely image with this poem. I can easily imagine this particular cat and its relationship with humans. In that sense, the picture is redundant. Much enjoyed.

Thanks, I pondered if I should just leave it without the image, because the haiku is supposed to "paint the picture" itself. Maybe I will remove it.

I like the thought of 'milk breath purrs'. Cats are very special 'people' and 'real' people would be lost without their feline companions. You've chosen great descriptive words too. Good luck in the contest.
