Dolly dear, I am so glad you liked my soup recipe. To make it easier of your stomach, mash the soup very well until creamy. Add a digestive enzyme like Beeno, or the English equivalent for so,e people have these issues. I do not. Bay leaves help eliminate gas and an extra one in the pot won?t hurt at all.

This sounds wonderful to make and serve! Delicious! I'm not much into cooking these days but I'd sure like to try it sometime when I am willing to try on my chef's hat again, lol. I found one error in your sentence, "...beans and flavor and married and savory," should be "are" married and savory? Otherwise, I see no other corrections needed. I can adjust that score once corrected, unless I'm reading something wrong? Beautiful recipe; it might be a bit of a chore to collect all the ingredients and follow through, but I'm sure it's well worth it. Great to post recipes I think. Best,

Emeril is an American cooking celebrity and he has a line of seasonings. Perhaps you have Paul Prudhomme seasoning which is more international. Thank you for the excellent review and kind compliments.

Only for my fan base do I offer this at the low low price of a thank you and let me know if you like it. Most people have all,these ingredients in their pantry already. A great emergency meal! I made this on the grill during a hurricane!
