In spite of his stubbornness as a child and all of his infirmities, Beethoven came out a champion, one the world will appreciate for his gift as a brilliant composer
You got it in the order that is required which is a certain amount of syllables per line.

I remember so hard in high school to appreciate classical music, including Beethoven. It's not that I still don't listen to classical, but it isn't my first choice. It is impossible to Beethoven's genius. I give myself credit for at least understanding this. Very nice poem about a Classical music legend.

A nice poem incorporating Beethoven into this unique format. I've never heard of an even all odds poem before but it does look very effective. I also liked that you picked out the key parts of Beethoven's personality and eccentricities which helped to make his work so much brighter and unique. Good luck x

It seems being a genius goes together with mental illnesses very often.
Beethoven was a great composer, pity he became deaf.

I agree with you, Maria; there is a very fine line between creative genius and tortured soul. I wonder if that's what prevents many parents from wanting their children to enter show business.
