I had shared this post with a friend who has become interested in the 5-7-5 Haiku format. It was triple-y good verses. I thought that each unit was a perfect example of the Haiku like format
New, life, joy are perfectly emphasized!
Liked especially:
perceptions ...
... enfold the day
... grand pageant

This 5-7-5 suite, Tis But a Feeling, has the right set up and brings on all the positivity that is the opposite of the draining caused by the deep cold of winter. Nice.

Pretty, pretty - a riot of color, an explosion of beauty. Your verse fits the requirements for the contest and is gorgeous as well. How happy we are to feel the sun's kiss once more. To go outside without a coat...to feel no freezing cold. Your verse is about everything grand!
