Visions - I sure hope so - and more of them. We're soon to start a two week journey - I enjoy the morning, sitting with coffee and cookies and writing. Things seem different on the road - away from the computer and distractions.
Imagination also frequently shows its face.
Thanks for a poem that made me think.

Imagination is definitely important for poetry. We could just be writing service manuals without it.

Altho now that I'm acquainted with Fanstory, I hope I can access it on our journey in my hubby's laptop. We shall see. But I will be writing. Fanstory has done me a service. and I'd go ga-ga writing service manuals.

Well it's our anniversary trip - tomorrow it will be 60 years, and we give thanks to God for sure. We often try to find ghost towns, old gold mining towns, now deserted with a few old buildings left. fewer and fewer of those places that have not been beefed up and made to "look" old. I say "just leave them old and I'm happy." thanks for the good wishes.

Oh congrats on the 60. Lots of balloons and flowers are being sent your way. Sorry, I ate the box of chocolates.

Ha! - I do buy a fair amount of chocolates - don't eat ice cream or cake in evenings, but a bit of chocolate...nice of you to think of balloons and flowers. we had a small, few people first wedding -so I thought we might re-state our vows - I had this gorgeous veil - well, my son and another person made me realize - weddings are for the woman. (we have four sons - they weren't thrilled by big ceremonies). oh well - I have a young friend I'll give the veil to - she marries in October.
