I'm not certain I get it. Are you referring to the banal expression
'Have a good day'?
There may be an idea here, but I think you might want to work on it a bit more. Just a thought.

It's a pun on Have a good day, just plain silly thought on using the bathroom at a place full of strangers like the airport.

"the external genitals of anal region"

I was not aware there were external genitals in the anal region, but nowadays with the way people are changing how they see and think about themselves, I am sure that has changed.

I love the picture and am not sure if it went along with the poem. If it did it added some comedy to the piece.
