What a wonderful description to that great picture. Congratulations on your 2nd place win. 3-5-3 poems are always so much fun to attempt, and I always love seeing what others come up with. Well done.

This 3-5-3, Before Trashing, has the proper formatting and sends out the urgent message to polluters that we really need to save the planet.

This one brought a smile. I love your recycled boat. I have to wonder where the person is though. It doesn't look like there is a shipwrecked person to enjoy all those possibilities. Maybe he is just taking a swim.
Seriously, I like your poem. It's the only one that has made me grin. Good luck in the contest.

What a wonderful sentiment to showcase in this wasteful throwaway society. You have expressed it perfectly in so few words. I love the illustration too.

You have made effective use of all syllables in this uplifting 3-5-3 about finding new purposes in life. This is good advice for people who--at any age--decide
they have "arrived" and just want to coast on through the rest of life!

I love when someone makes something out of nothing. There is no limit to the possibilities of repurposing. We are a nation of waste and wasters, so why not take the next thing we are about to toss and see what we can do with it. You would be surprised at what you can come up with.

What a wonderful topic and message to share in this little 3-5-3. Our world does offer many new possibilities if we allowed people to repurpose the items. Great luck to you in the contest.

I prefer to only review short verses - your contest entry qualifies!
definitely enjoy the infinite possibilities posed in your syllable restricted verse.
illustration and background color are most appropriate
