My mom used to read "Mr. Nobody" to me when I was a kid, so I was delighted to read your clever version. When I first read of this contest I thought it too difficult to attempt. Kudos to you for putting in the time and brain power and coming up with something so well written. Good luck in the contest!

Oh, I'm so glad that there's at least a few folks out there that have heard of it -- a number of folks had not...so sad to have grown up without such a run and shady character - LOL! :) ;) This was my absolute favorite in elementary school and I never forgot it after I memorized it for a competition in second grade (okay, so I don't remember every word now - lol!). Ha ha ha ha . He is in every house with kids in it.. So I suspect at times he's a She and is Miss Nobody.....takes the socks ...they go missing

So, late on this response, I know -- been a nutty day!
