Hello there, Rachelle. I think you did a very good job on the set up in your subtitle which allowed us to see your point of view. Great little six word poem and a superb entry for the contest. Well done.

This is definitely a good entry into the 6-word poem contest, Rachelle. I just wonder what kind of shot we are talking about? alcohol or from a gun. LOL A lot is left to the imagination, but that's good. Good luck in the contest. Bob

Wow, Rachelle, this was great. This could really mean almost anything, which is great. The fun part about poetry is assigning your own meaning to it. Well done and good luck in the contest.

Yes I feel this about getting a picture book published ...just one shot is all I need ...just one yes to counteract the mountains of rejections,,....and with that one shot I feel more shots will come I will be on my way...just one shot
